This was a relatively inexpensive weekend. When I say inexpensive, I don't mean that I didn't spend any money, I mean that for what I did, it wasn't that expensive. I went out of town to an engagement party. So, there was the cost of the hotel, gas, meals out, and drinks. Overall, I think that I spent roughly $125.00.
Last night, the bf and I grilled out at the house. We had pork tenderloin, twice baked potatoes, and spaghetti squash. It was fabulous and the best part is there are plenty of leftovers to get us through the beginning of the week. We are headed to the beach on Thursday evening, so I only have to meal plan through Wednesday night.
